National Child and Youth Disability Reimbursement Program FY 26-27

This program provides financial reimbursement for two categories of support: assessments/therapies and equipment.

Before you apply, review the application submission options below to help determine the appropriate next steps for your reimbursement request.

Application Windows:

Application Window 1: 15 June 2026 at 06:00 - 3 July 2026 at 16:00
Application Window 2: 15 October 2026 at 06:00 - 5 November 2026 at 16:00
Application Window 3: 15 February 2027 at 06:00 - 5 March 2027 at 16:00

All application window open and close times are listed in Eastern Time (ET).

Please Note:

A separate submission is required for each child.
Expenses for these categories must be incurred between 01 April 2026 and the date of submission.
The child must be listed on the CAF Member’s MPRR.
The need for support must be validated by a qualified professional.
All fields marked with * are required and must be filled.

Submission of this form does not guarentee funding. Eligible submissions will receive a separate form by email to provide banking information required for reimbursement. Non-eligible submissions will be notified of denial. Please check your email for your application status.

Child must be listed as a dependent of the CAF member.

Examples of validating documents could be a doctor’s note, an IEP, a report, a letter, an assessment and/or a referral from a qualified professional. Examples of a qualified professional could be from the child’s school, a speech-language pathologist, an occupational therapist, a physical therapist, a social worker, a psychologist, or a doctor, etc.

Upload copies of all receipts or invoices showing payment for the services or items.

NOTE: Reimbursement is given for costs not already covered by insurance. Insurance documentation must align with the expenses submitted for reimbursement or clearly demonstrate that insurance coverage has been exhausted.
